Terms of Service
Effective Date: March 1, 2026 · Last Updated: September 12, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the Sallift platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are registering on behalf of an organization or e-commerce business, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that entity.
2. Description of the Service
Sallift provides automated revenue recovery, abandoned cart nurturing, customer identity resolution, multi-channel messaging (Email and Meta WhatsApp Cloud API), and revenue attribution intelligence for connected online stores.
3. Merchant Responsibilities & Anti-Spam Compliance
As a merchant using Sallift, you strictly agree to:
- Comply with all applicable messaging and anti-spam laws, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, the GDPR, and Meta’s WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
- Collect and maintain verifiable opt-in consent before initiating marketing communications via WhatsApp or Email.
- Never attempt to circumvent Sallift’s suppression lists, unsubscribe links, or consent filters.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your API keys, webhook signing secrets, and login credentials.
4. Subscriptions, Usage & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual subscription basis via Stripe. Plan entitlements (such as connected stores, team members, monthly messages, and AI requests) are enforced by the platform. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
5. Data Ownership & License
You retain complete ownership of all customer profiles, store product data, and order history. You grant Sallift a limited, non-exclusive license to process this data solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service. Sallift will never sell your customer data or use it to benefit other merchants.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sallift and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption. In no event shall Sallift’s aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.
