1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your browser or device when you visit websites. Sallift uses cookies to keep merchant sessions secure, maintain user authentication, and measure the effectiveness of recovered shopping carts.

2. Types of Cookies We Use

Strictly Necessary Cookies

Essential for authenticating merchants, managing active organization state, and preventing cross-site request forgery (CSRF). These cannot be disabled.

Attribution & Recovery Cookies

When a customer returns via a recovery link (e.g. from an email or WhatsApp touchpoint), a temporary attribution cookie correlates the completed order with the original recovery message within the 168-hour attribution window.

Performance & Analytics Cookies

Aggregated telemetry helping us detect latency spikes, provider errors, and platform performance.

3. Managing Preferences

You may configure your browser to block or delete cookies. However, disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging into the Sallift merchant dashboard.
